This is where we post various answers to the most common questions we have received.
We are available all year long and there are 3 ways to contact us but only one way that we formalize a client’s request to hire us. The first and most typical way is to find us on the Internet with your browser inquiry “hire Santa Claus in Minneapolis [St Paul, Twin Cities, etc]”. That will bring you to this website where you can fill out your request info on the Contact Us page. The second way is to send your request to hire us by email using email@example.com. The third is by sending your request by phone call or text to 952 210 9232. In all 3 cases we will discuss your needs, availability, pricing, etc. Once we have agreed to go ahead with hiring us, I will send a booking agreement to you by email with specific info about the booking. Once the conditions and info in the email are completed, agreed to by you, and returned to me we are committed with the hiring process and you are formally booked.
We do many different things at a visit and its usually based on the type of visit we are asked to do. Check out the Services page and see if we match the type of visit you are expecting. Read through the description of the service so you can understand what is typical for that particular type of visit. Of course these descriptions are just basic overviews of the type of entertainment, participation, and expectations you and we both are going to talk about before the visit, but at least you can see what a typical visit of your choice will be like.
We will discuss and agree on payment options before the booking is formalized. I only accept cash [preferred always], company / bank check, credit card, or PayPal. I don’t accept personal checks. Credit cards and PayPal must be paid before our event and will have a 5% processing fee added. When you proceed with our services, you will be billed through the PayPal site where your transaction will be processed. If you don’t have a PayPal account, it’s ok.. you don’t need a PayPal account to purchase, you can use your credit card or an eCheck.

Most of us are hesitant to provide credit card information over the Internet, and rightly so. But PayPal provides a secure server (SSL) so your transaction is safe. Did you know that when you make a purchase through a PayPal merchant, you have additional security because only PayPal, not the merchant, is provided with your credit card information? This helps to reduce the incidence of credit card fraud.
